St Mary's Harrow on the Hill
St Mary's Church has stood at the summit of Harrow Hill for 925+ years.
Its spire is visible for miles around, its roof is a marvel of medieval carving, and it is a treasured local landmark.
When we first launched Spire Café in 2016, it was to support the church's roof appeal. Thanks to our amazing customers, we were able to contribute over £5,000 towards the £500,000 cost of replacing the roof and its lead covering and yet more towards saving St Mary's iconic spire.
All of Spire Cafe's profits go towards St Mary's restoration funds - via Spirewatch, charity no 290616): everyone helping here gives their time for free.
